Kaş Sun Glare Otel

We had an amazing experience at Sunglare Orel. The room was spacious and very clean, the swimming pool is great and there is a beautiful view, it’s very calm and peaceful. Also the food at the restaurant is delicious ! But the best part was the staff, they are very thoughtful, they were making sure that everything was going well and they answered to all of our needs very rapidly. They even offered to drive us to the bus station so that we wouldn’t have to take a taxi. I totally recommend this hotel and will come back for sure ! Thank you very much to the team !

The Sun Glare is a family-run hotel, built with attention for the guest's needs, but also the guest's eye. It has a beautiful view over the bay and Kaş some three kilometers away. The restaurant area is a terrace with a pool which, like every room in the hotel, overlooks the bay. The food is great. Below is the guest garage/parking area. The rooms are generous, built with loving attention to details. The balcony has a table and chairs. The bathroom is also large, with a modern walk-in shower. The staff cleans the rooms every day and fresh towels are always available. The hotel also does laundry at a very fair price. The Sun Glare hotel is not in the town and is thus quiet. Cabs and small buses are available at all times and the ride to the center takes a few minutes. The town is attractive and worth multiple visits for food ranging from (excellent) sit-down street joints to very fancy places with a view over the town and the marina below. And yes, it is steep! There are okay beaches nearby, but for more there are Kaputaş, Patara and, our favorite, the Taş beach in Demre. That one is quite a way out, though. In the backdrop of Patara and in Demre there are amazing ancient towns - the entrance fee is symbollic with much to see. But a Kekova/Simena boat trip is absolutely a must. İt's a day tour, with lunch and several dips, crowned with a drive-by of the sunken city and a visit to the Simena citadel. Look it up! We expect to revisit the Sun Glare Hotel and Kaş as soon as we can.
